Adobe Brand Visibility Pricing: LLM Optimizer Buyers Guide

Adobe Brand Visibility is sold through a sales conversation; we found no public USD price or complete allowance table on its current product page. Adobe LLM Optimizer is no longer the product name new buyers should request: Adobe says Brand Visibility replaced it for new sales on July 31, 2026. Checked October 5, 2026. Official transition notice.
Ask for a Brand Visibility quote stating currency, region, contract period, prompts, brands, markets, implementation and additional usage. Do not substitute Creative Cloud pricing or assume a separate Semrush subscription grants this product. This is a documentation-based buyer guide, not a hands-on review. We have not tested Adobe's optimization system or obtained a private quote.
What changed from LLM Optimizer to Brand Visibility?
Adobe describes a broader offering that combines the earlier product's execution and attribution capabilities with additional market intelligence from Semrush. Its transition notice says active customers who bought LLM Optimizer before the cutoff receive access to Brand Visibility functionality without interruption. That statement is not a published renewal price guarantee. Transition details.
For an existing customer, the immediate task is entitlement reconciliation. Match the account, contracting entity, covered websites and renewal date with the new product name. Ask whether your existing implementation requires configuration changes and whether any newly desired scope falls outside the contract.
For a new buyer, request the current order description. Old articles may describe the predecessor accurately for their publication date while still being unsuitable for today's purchase. A dated name change can explain inconsistent search results without implying that either product was fraudulent or that every previous feature disappeared.
| Buyer | First question | Evidence to request |
|---|---|---|
| Existing LLM Optimizer customer | What does my active contract now include? | Account-specific entitlement confirmation |
| New enterprise buyer | What is included in Brand Visibility? | Current quote and allowance schedule |
| Existing Semrush customer | Which capabilities overlap or transfer? | Written licensing explanation |
| Non-Adobe CMS user | How does deployment fit our stack? | Architecture and supported integration plan |
What exactly are you buying beyond monitoring?
The product's distinctive proposition includes implementing changes, not only reporting where a brand appears. Adobe describes visibility analysis, content opportunities, CDN-edge optimization and connections to analytics. That creates an evaluation involving web operations and measurement, not just an SEO dashboard owner. Product overview.
Treat four stages separately: observation, recommendation, deployment and outcome measurement. A vendor can perform the first two well while implementation remains blocked by your infrastructure. Conversely, rapid deployment is not proof that a recommendation improves answer quality or increases qualified demand.
Ask to see a single proposed change move through all four stages. The demonstration should preserve the original content, explain the reason for the change, identify which requests receive it, and show how the team reverses it. A before-and-after chart without a record of what changed leaves too much room for interpretation.
Our AI citation evaluation guide helps define the final outcome. A bot fetching new content is an access event; a supported citation in a buyer answer is a different event. Your acceptance criteria should not collapse them into one success metric.

Does it require Adobe Experience Manager?
Adobe says Brand Visibility is not exclusive to Experience Manager and names Fastly, Akamai and Cloudflare compatibility for CDN-edge deployment. That is a product compatibility statement, not confirmation that your particular account configuration is ready. Your web team still needs to inspect the integration design. Platform FAQ.
Bring a small set of representative URLs to an architecture discussion: a product page, a comparison page, a localized page and a page with dynamically rendered information. Ask what the system receives, what it serves, and how changes interact with caching, redirects and existing security rules.
Require factual parity between the information supplied to agents and the information your organization stands behind publicly. An optimization should not invent features, prices, customer evidence or availability to make a page more attractive to an assistant. Have the domain expert approve those facts before deployment.
For a practical starting point, our crawler directory distinguishes retrieval from training agents. The buying conversation should name the agents and request patterns the integration targets, rather than using “AI traffic” as an undifferentiated category.
How should you calculate the scope of a quote?
Calculate your required coverage first, then let Adobe map it to the product's commercial units. The public page's platform coverage claims do not reveal the number of scheduled observations or deployments your contract includes. We cannot calculate a real subscription total without the missing quote.
Suppose your pilot uses two brands, twenty buyer questions, three engines, two markets and four scheduled runs. That is 2 × 20 × 3 × 2 × 4 = 960 answer observations. It is an illustrative research requirement, not 960 Adobe credits, licensed prompts or billable units.
Separate that observation schedule from implementation. Ten pages with one approved optimization each represent ten proposed changes, regardless of how many answers you collect afterward. Ask whether experimentation, rollbacks, additional environments and analytics connections affect the fee. Do not assume that a prompt allowance pays for deployment work.
A useful quote returns a recurring product amount, one-time implementation amount and clearly defined variable charges. Mark currency and tax treatment beside each line. If Adobe provides only a combined total, ask which scope changes alter it. This produces a comparable budget without fabricating a market starting price.

How would you evaluate a pilot honestly?
A pilot should test whether the system produces reviewable changes and useful evidence under your operational constraints. It should not promise that a short period of improved citations proves revenue impact. AI outputs vary, and simultaneous campaigns can complicate the interpretation.
Adobe documents page-by-page selection and rollback. Choose a small group of pages and questions before deployment. Preserve original content and baseline answers, record the exact release time, and keep a comparable group unchanged where practical. Define exclusions for missing or failed answers before seeing the result. Our audit methodology guide provides a place to start.
AEOeye's crawler access study found 60 of 375 attempted homepages challenged or blocked our declared research crawler. This was a convenience sample measured once, not a test of Adobe or of verified AI agents. The limited observation still illustrates why an accessible page in your own browser does not settle machine access.
In your pilot, require evidence of actual bot access, then evaluate answer-level citations separately. Have analytics owners define what a conversion means and how referral loss is handled. A large prompt collection is not a count of visits to your site, and an attributed visit is not necessarily incremental revenue.
Who should buy now, and who should start smaller?
Shortlist Brand Visibility when your organization needs coordinated intelligence, implementation and analytics, and can involve the people who own those systems. Start smaller if you only need to establish whether buyers' questions produce a mention of your brand.
For procurement alternatives with different operating models, Conductor is a suite and workflow discussion; Relixir Rex emphasizes autonomous content operations. These guides explain purchasing questions, not comparative performance results. We have not run a controlled product benchmark.
A free AEOeye audit provides a first snapshot under its stated scope. It cannot deploy Adobe-style edge changes or monitor your program continuously. Use a baseline to establish the gap, then decide whether that gap calls for a tracker, a content process, an infrastructure change or an integrated platform.
Our verdict is to evaluate Adobe on a reversible, documented implementation and a contract that prices your actual scope. The renamed product deserves a current evaluation; an old LLM Optimizer price estimate is not a safe substitute.
